Projet artistique autour du traité constitutionnel européen

L'Europe qu'on nous demande d'avaliser n'est pas la nôtre. Cette Europe-là est menée par le haut, par des négociations opaques et par des instances non-soumises au contrôle démocratique. La construction européenne, telle qu'elle nous est imposée, consacre la victoire de la technocratie sur la démocratie.
Face à la logique des Etats, des consortiums économiques et financiers, il y a bien une logique des peuples. Mais cette logique est fragile, dispersée. Est-il possible de surmonter les pièges ?
Peut-on envisager une autre Europe qui comme l'affirmait Jean Monnet " ne coalise pas des Etats, mais unit des hommes ? "
Comme le stipulait l'article 28 de la Constitution de l'an I-1793 : " Un peuple a toujours le droit de revoir, de réformer et de changer sa Constitution. Une génération ne peut assujettir à ses lois les générations futures. "

LE PROJET
Ce projet collaboratif auquel nous vous invitons sera intitulé " ar[eu]" et diffusé par www.arsonore.net sur une partie dédiée du site. Vous concevrez vos projets en gardant à l'esprit les mots de Bourdieu ci-dessus. Les propositions devront donc avoir un lien clair avec le traité constitutionnel en cours de ratification, des politiques européennes et ou de la place des individus au sein de l'Union.
Nous acceptons techniquement toutes sortes de contributions : textes, images, vidéos, musiques, interfaces ou projets invisibles, conceptuels. Ces travaux seront intégrés au projet global par l'équipe de arsonore.net (des exemples de collaborations esthétiques peuvent être vues sur notre site web).

LES PIECES
Nous n'acceptons pas de propositions d'œuvres ayant déjà été diffusées. Toutes les pièces doivent être des créations originales. Elles doivent comporter un fichier audio + d'autres éléments créatifs ou une création multimédia globale.
Pièces audio : format mp3 mini : 128kbit, max :192kbit, 44100Hz stéréo
Toutes autres pièces, formats publiables en ligne : .swf, .php, .html, .pl, .dcr, .jar,
.svg, .mov, .jpg, .png, .gif, .avi.

LISTE DE DISCUSSION
Afin de tenir informés tous les collaborateurs du projet, fournir les informations pratiques (envoi des fichiers, partage de documents...), ainsi que pour encourager des discussions d'ordre esthétiques sur la mise en forme finale, une liste de discussion a été créée. IDEOLOGIE
Ce projet ne sera jamais présenté comme une manœuvre de défense artistique en faveur du traité constitutionnel, ni comme son contraire. Libre à chaque participant de faire figurer dans son œuvre la dose de " militantisme " politique qu'il jugera utile.

The Europe they want us to approve is not ours. It is directed and decided in the high spheres, through dubious negociations and by authorities thar are not submitted to democratic rules. This european construction, and the way it is being imposed on us shows the victory of technocracy over democracy.
There is nevertheless a logic of the people to counter this logic of the states, of the economic and financial consortiums. It is a fragile and a disorganized one.
Can we avoid those traps that have been set for us? Could we conceive an Europe that, according to Jean Monnet, "doesn't unite states, but unites men between themselves?"
And as was written in the 1793 constitution, art 28 : "the people have a right to reform, change or amend its constitution. One generation cannot abide by the rules forced upon itself by the previous one.

THE PROJECT
You are invited to contribute to our project called " ar[eu] ", and which will be presented by www.arsonore.net in a special section of the website.
Contributors shall keep in mind Bourdieu's words previously quoted, and their work will be clearly linked with the ratification of the present constitutional treaty, the european policy and/or the role and situation of individuals within the union.
Technically speaking, we accept all kinds of contributions, may they be text, images, videos, music, as well as conceptual projects. These works will be integrated into the global project byt the Arsonore team.

from our website.

CONTRIBUTIONS
We do not accept pieces that have already been broadcasted or distributed; all of them must be original compositions. They shall include an audio track as well as other creative elements, and can be grouped in a creative multimedia project.
Audio formats : mp3 128/192 kbit, 44100Hz stereo.
We accept all other documents with the following extensions : .swf, .php, .html, .pl, .dcr, .jar, .svg, .mov, .jpg, .png, .gif, .avi.

In order to keep everyone informed, as well as provide practical information (how to send / share the files, etc..) and encourage discussions regarding the aesthetic qualities of the final project, we have created a mailing list which you can join by emailing :

IDEOLOGY
This project will never be put forward as a way to artistically defend the constitutional treaty or its opposite. Every contributor remains free to include political activism within his work to the extent he finds most relevant
